CT TechnologistSeven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Rochester, NY. This role involves working in a dynamic environment, ensuring the highest standards in diagnostic imaging. Benefits include:License reimbursement – financial support to maintain your professional credentialsReferral program – earn rewards for introducing fellow healthcare professionalsHealth insurance – comprehensive medical coverage for you and your familyCertification reimbursement – assistance with obtaining additional qualificationsWeekly pay – prompt and reliable payments every weekKey Responsibilities of the CT Technologist:Confirm patient identity and exam verification prior to initiating the scan.Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging.Prepare patients for scans and explain the procedure to help them feel comfortable.Insert IVs when necessary for the test.Position patients, utilizing safe patient handling techniques.Maintain accurate patient record-keeping using EPIC.Ensure images are sent to the PACS system correctly upon exam completion.Maintain a clean and safe scanning facility.Requirements of the CT Technologist:Injection therapy certification stated on NYS license at time of submission.NYS licensure (must obtain prior to starting position).Completion of formal training in an approved School of Radiologic Technology.Certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).Two (2) Years' Experience.Level 1 Trauma Center Experience.BLS (American Heart Association ONLY).Telemetry experience.Rochester offers a unique blend of urban and natural attractions, making it an appealing place to work and live.
