The Little Gym of West Ashley is seeking a Gym Director with weekday morning and early afternoon availability. Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required to fill staffing needs, but will not be part of a regular schedule.

Job Summary:
The Gym Director is a full-time career-level position, responsible for the overall performance of The Little Gym location. The Gym Director reports to the owners of The Little Gym of West Ashley. A strong candidate with part-time availability, but morning and afternoon availability may be considered and are encouraged to apply. 

Responsibilities:

• Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
• Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none
• Manage day-to-day operations 
• Hire, manage, and oversee the training of staff 
• Maintain facility and equipment
• Sell The Little Gym program to new customers 

Qualifications:

• A background in child development, physical education, cheerleading and/or gymnastics is a plus
• Customer service experience
• Management experience 
• Excellent time management skills
• Great attitude and strong work ethic
• Loves to have fun and has plenty of smiles to give
