We are looking for friendly folks like you to join our team! Metro Diner is known for warm, welcoming service, familiar faces, and award-winning food. Each server's primary objective is to make our Guests feel so at home and comfortable that they will want to return again and again.

- The skills to take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Poise and grace to handle Guests' questions and complaints appropriately
- The understanding to prepare and present Guests their check, accept payment, and process credit card or accept cash as applicable
- Experience as a Server in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience in diffusing stressful situations through a calm, thoughtful demeanor
- Ability to work as part of a team and help facilitate the smooth running of the diner as directed by the Managing Partner or supervisor
- A passion for working alongside other Team Members to provide excellent service while growing the company financially
