Now Hiring: Rn/Lpn Nurse Evening Supervisor

Shift: Evening 3pm - 11pm (2nd shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Ensure high standards of care for residents.
• Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications:

• Current RN/ LPN license in the state of NJ.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in a long-term care setting.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
