Job Description

A leading regional medical center in Eastern Tennessee is seeking a full-time BC/BE Urologist to join a well-established, high-performing practice and work alongside an experienced physician as part of a growing urology service line serving strong community demand.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Employed role with strong income potential
• High-volume practice (60–80 cases/month, including ~10–12 oncology cases)
• Dedicated cystoscopy suite and OR block time
• Mix of clinic, inpatient, and procedural work
• Light inpatient call (~10 days/month) with minimal after-hours clinic coverage
• No robot

• Established multi-specialty hospital with strong surgical support
• Dedicated urology suite with in-office procedures
• Multiple ORs with advanced imaging and block scheduling
• Oncology, emergency, and critical care support services
