Distinguished AI/ML Engineer

Seeking a hands-on Distinguished AI/ML Engineer, the full-time role will design, build, and deploy AI systems that transform complex mission data into explainable insights, working remotely within secure environments. Key responsibilities Architect and integrate hybrid AI systems combining traditional machine learning, deep learning, and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines Lead the full AI/ML lifecycle from data ingestion and feature engineering through deployment and sustainment in secure DoD environments Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines to support continuous integration and retraining of AI models Required qualifications Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred) 10+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with 5+ years in designing and deploying scalable AI/ML architectures Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern ML frameworks Experience with event-driven data pipelines and deploying AI/ML systems in secure environments
