ServiceNow Business Process Consultant

To support a growing portfolio of healthcare clients, the full-time remote ServiceNow Business Process Consultant will manage client relationships, ensure project progress and value delivery, and translate client goals into ServiceNow-aligned processes. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships and tracking progress against goals Deliver weekly status reports and sprint communications, ensuring accurate and timely client reporting Lead discovery sessions and process workshops to define future state processes and advise clients on best practices Required Qualifications 5+ years in IT consulting, business process consulting, or client-facing delivery roles 5+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform in an implementation or consulting capacity Hands-on experience with ITSM processes, including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Proven experience leading discovery and process workshops and writing user stories with acceptance criteria ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
