Registered Nurse, ICU Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN-CA Certifications: ACLS(Copy Needed)

BLS(Copy Needed)

PALS(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months CA RN Lic BLS, ACLS, PALS ICU SCL and reference within a year RTO upon submission
