This role includes assessment, career counseling, case management, job search assistance, group facilitation, and ongoing retention support.Key Responsibilities1. Program Compliance & DocumentationUnderstand and implement program rules, regulations, and proceduresMeet expected program outcomes and performance benchmarksCollect and maintain required participant documentationSeek guidance from supervisor as needed2. Employment & Vocational ServicesCollaborate with internal staff, Human Services, and community partners to support employment and training goalsConduct program orientations and participant interviewsAssess participant needs, strengths, and goals using established toolsDevelop individualized employment plans with clear goals and timelinesProvide career exploration using labor market informationMonitor participant progress and adjust plans as neededOffer ongoing support, advocacy, and resource coordinationAssist with:Job search and application skillsResume and interview preparationEmployment retention strategiesFacilitate individual and group-based employment servicesCoordinate work experience and volunteer opportunitiesMaintain accurate client data using systems such as WorkForce One, CSB, and THO3.
