Babysitter / Afternoon House-Manager Part-Time: Tuesday–Thursday, 3:30 – 6 PM
 Role Overview We’re seeking a dependable, nurturing, and organized individual to help support our family’s afternoon routine. You'll handle school pickups/drop-offs, help prepare for the next day, supervise kids with structure and fun, and assist with light household chores. ▶️ Key Responsibilities * School logistics: * Pick up (or meet) kids from school/bus stop starting around 3:30 PM. * Daily routine prep: * Unload lunch boxes and backpacks. * Pack healthy lunches for the next day. * Prepare light snacks and assist with basic meal prep. * Supervision & activities: * Oversee fun, age-appropriate afternoon activities (homework, crafts, outdoor play). * Ensure cleanup and maintain a tidy space. * Light laundry tasks: * Fold and put away children’s laundry as needed. * Household tidiness: * Handle light housekeeping in child-focused areas (dishes, clearing counters, wiping surfaces). * Communication with parents: * Provide updates on the afternoon—any concerns, highlights, reminders. ✅ Qualifications & Skills * Minimum 1 year of experience babysitting, nannying, or related childcare roles. * Clean driving record * CPR / First Aid certified — or willing to obtain. * Strong organizational skills to manage transitions, meals, and routines. * Energetic, patient, and creative in engaging children in learning/play. * Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, with good communication skills.
