Requirements We require an associate degree or equivalent IT training, or 1–3 years of relevant experience. We expect CompTIA A+ certification within 12 months of hire. We need a solid foundation in computing systems and end‑user technologies. We value strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. We also expect the ability to support users and deliver basic training sessions. Responsibilities We provide frontline technology support so staff and students can access and use district systems effectively. We prepare, configure, and deploy user devices, applications, and digital tools. We identify service disruptions and help coordinate timely resolution through established procedures. We assist with onboarding users into district systems. We maintain service documentation, technology inventory, and lifecycle tracking records. We help create user guides, quick reference materials, and knowledge base content. We participate in professional learning and cross‑training activities. We follow all district policies and procedures. We complete additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Director of Technology Operations. This full‑time, in‑person role is part of a collaborative IT team focused on user enablement, device lifecycle coordination, system reliability, instructional technology integration, and long‑term infrastructure stewardship.
