Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized therapy interventions following each patient's plan of care
Document patient progress and responses to treatment to track recovery milestones
Guide patients with education and home exercise programs to extend care beyond the clinic
Communicate openly with the supervising PT to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment through adherence to infection control and safety standards

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain before start)
Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Passion for helping patients restore mobility and achieve their goals

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy interventions and modalities
Patient education and communication
Accurate documentation of patient progress
Home exercise program design and instruction
Infection control and safety standards
Treatment plan implementation
