About The Role The College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Cincinnati is seeking an experienced, motivated, and student-focused Senior Admissions Counselor to join our Office of Recruitment & Enrollment. In this role, you will guide prospective students as they explore the opportunities within the College of Arts and Sciences, supporting them through the college search and application process. As a senior representative of A&S, you will share the breadth of our programs, highlight the value of a liberal arts education, and showcase the experiences that make our college a destination for discovery and growth. You will play a key role in advancing A&S recruitment efforts, fostering meaningful connections with students and families, and contributing to the college’s enrollment goals. This position encompasses the responsibilities of an A&S Admissions Counselor while serving in a more senior capacity within the college’s recruitment and enrollment team. The Senior Admissions Counselor will manage recruitment territories, coordinate specialized programmatic areas, support cross-functional recruitment initiatives, and serve as a peer leader and mentor for Admissions Counselors, student ambassadors, and other recruitment partners as assigned. This hybrid position requires three days per week in the office on UC’s Uptown Campus and two days working remotely. As a Senior Admissions Counselor for Arts and Sciences, you will represent the college at high school visits, college fairs, community outreach programs, and on-campus events. We are seeking someone passionate about higher education and committed to expanding college access, who is ready to bring experience, initiative, and leadership to help shape the next generation of A&S Bearcats.
