Senior Narrative Designer

Joining the Slate Development Group on a hybrid or remote basis, the full-time Senior Narrative Designer will create compelling narrative content within a beloved fantasy setting, developing stories, quests, characters, and dialogue while collaborating closely with cross-disciplinary teams throughout the production process. Key responsibilities Develop and pitch storylines, quests, characters, and narrative arcs that enhance player experiences Collaborate with the Narrative Lead and Director to ensure alignment with project goals and creative direction Own designated content from concept through production, ensuring timely delivery and narrative consistency Required qualifications Experience developing narrative content for RPGs, including stories, quests, and branching narratives Strong understanding of narrative design and storytelling principles Demonstrated ability to pitch and iterate narrative content effectively Experience creating original content within established settings while maintaining authenticity Detail-oriented with a passion for narrative design and player engagement
