License: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (MR)

Certifications: ARRT, BLS (AHA)

Must-Have: GE Equipment Experience, Meditech Expanse Experience (highly preferred), Must be willing to work weekends and evenings, Must be willing to take call as needed, Must have own vehicle

Description: Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered. To avoid delays in processing, please include a permanent address when uploading your profile. The ratio of patients per shift is approximately 9. Travelers will always work with another Tech Aide or another MRI Tech; they will never work solo. After midnight, the department is covered by call. Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. Requests for time off after uploading will not be approved. No more than 5 days of time off will be accepted; less is preferred. Travelers may not take all holidays off. Must work two blocks if scheduled and needed for important holidays. Ensure that all travelers uploaded to the platform note when they can be reached and have voicemail set up on their phones. Travelers without voicemail setup when reached out will be redirected. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. The facility will not approve scheduling requests at or after the time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after the offer may lead to a rescinded offer. Permanent address must be included in the traveler profile. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Profile requirements include work history and a skills checklist for Magnetic Resonance Imaging current to 1 year. A supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment is required. Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association is also required.
