About the Roles We are hiring senior engineers across a variety of domains, from Data to AI to Infrastructure to Production systems, to help build Radiance from the ground up. You will own problems end-to-end, from schema design through the attribution engine to the interfaces that health plan analysts and provider network teams use every day. The team is small, so your technical decisions will directly shape the product, and you will hear from the people using what you build. By the end of your first year, you will have shipped core pieces of the attribution engine, taken ownership of at least one major product surface, and helped establish the engineering practices this team carries forward. What You'll Own Design and ship production features across the stack, including data ingestion services, the attribution engine, agentic workflows, and the user-facing surfaces where plan and provider teams do their work Develop integrations with payer data environments, including eligibility, claims, and provider roster feeds that tend to be inconsistent and poorly documented Spend time with health plan analysts and provider network teams to understand their workflows at ground level and carry that understanding into product decisions Maintain a high standard for reliability, auditability, and operational health across the codebase, including the security posture that enterprise payer reviews demand Pick up loosely defined problems and carry them through to resolution with limited direction Who You Are You have built data-intensive systems for complex enterprise workflows You have cloud infrastructure experience, including deploying and operating services in production environments at scale You have a track record of taking ownership of difficult problems and seeing them through You are direct and collaborative in how you work, with a habit of raising problems early and changing course when the evidence calls for it You'll Stand Out If You Have Healthcare data experience with a particular emphasis on health plans, large provider groups, and/or value-based programs Working knowledge of HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance and what building responsibly in a healthcare context requires Experience at an early-stage company where autonomy and loosely defined problems were normal Radiance is an equal opportunity employer.
