FPGA Product Marketing Engineer

The FPGA product line represents a critical growth initiative in the low-density FPGA market—a segment with significant untapped potential. We are seeking a Staff Product Marketing Engineer to lead strategic marketing efforts, drive roadmap alignment, and ensure successful execution of product launches. This role is pivotal in strengthening competitive positioning, enabling go-to-market strategies, and accelerating revenue growth for this high-potential portfolio. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define and execute product marketing strategies for ForgeFPGA to capture market share in the low-density FPGA segment. Align product roadmap with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives. Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive launch plans for new products and features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, operations) to ensure seamless execution. Market Analysis & Positioning: Conduct competitive analysis and identify differentiation opportunities. Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target customers. Sales Enablement: Create sales tools, training materials, and collateral to support global sales teams. Drive adoption of marketing strategies across regional teams. Performance & Growth: Monitor KPIs and market feedback to optimize strategies and accelerate revenue growth. Identify new opportunities for expansion within the low-density FPGA market. Education Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. Experience 8+ years in product marketing or related roles within the semiconductor or FPGA industry. Proven track record of leading strategic marketing initiatives and successful product launches. Skills Strong understanding of FPGA technology and market dynamics. Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions.
