Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
- Monitor residents’ conditions, vital signs, and responses to interventions; report changes promptly
- Assist with activities of daily living and routine care under established care plans
- Document care activities accurately in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with licensed staff to implement and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain infection control standards, safety practices, and resident safety at all times

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts; schedule described as 3x12-hour shifts per week
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Compliance with standard health and safety requirements and facility policies
