As the Production Supervisor, you will provide leadership and oversight across assigned production areas, supporting performance, quality and safety objectives while developing strong working relationships across the wider business.

**As the Production Supervisor your responsibilities will include

• Leading assigned production teams to achieve daily operational targets• Monitoring performance metrics and identifying root causes of production issues• Supporting employee coaching, training and performance development activities• Collaborating with internal departments to improve communication and workflow efficiency• Driving continuous improvement and maintaining high safety and quality standards

**As the Production Supervisor you will bring

• Previous leadership experience within a manufacturing environment• Strong communication and team management skills• The ability to resolve operational and personnel related issues effectively• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and operational performance• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
