Mariposa Therapy Services is a therapist-led, multidisciplinary organization offering a school-based CF pathway designed for stability, learning, and long-term growth.

COMPENSATION

School-Based CF: $83,800 total compensation

• 12-month salaried W-2 position
• Base salary paid evenly across the full year - including school breaks and summer
• Consistent, predictable paychecks

SCHOOL-BASED CF EXPERIENCE

• Full-time placement in a school setting

• IEP participation and collaboration with school teams

• Support with caseload management, service delivery, and compliance

• Predictable school-year schedule

• School holidays and breaks off, including fall, spring, and summer

• ASHA-aligned Clinical Fellowship program
• Dedicated 1:1 SLP mentor
• CF cohort model - you're not the only CF
• Ongoing access to clinical leads
• Dedicated Development Director (15+ years clinical experience) for practical day-to-day guidance

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Disorders
• IVP Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Eligible for Arizona DHS SLP licensure & ADE SLP Certification
• Strong Interest in pediatric populations
