• 24/7 call coverage -- Mon through Sun, 7 am - 7 am shifts
• ER call coverage required -- hospital and call only
• Avg 20 patients per physician per day
• Avg 2 surgeries per physician per day
• 100% hospital-based caseload -- 40% trauma cases
• General neurosurgery required -- adult and pediatric
• Spinal surgery with/without instrumentation required
• ICP monitor placement and external traction application required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
