RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts with 36 hours per week
• Maintain patient ratios of 2:1 or 1:1 depending on patient acuity, isolation needs, and RN experience
• Minimum 1.5 years of recent equivalent experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• Required certifications: NH RN License or Compact License (proof of state residency required), BLS, ACLS
• CCRN certification preferred
• Care for critically unstable patients with conditions ranging from acute coronary syndrome to unstable hemodynamics
• Work in 10-bed critical care unit using advanced technological systems and monitoring equipment
• Provide rapid recognition and treatment of life-threatening complications
• Work with electric therapeutic beds, emergency call systems, cardiac monitoring with additional modules, and wall-mounted documentation stations
• Focus on total patient care for medical/surgical patients with unstable vital functions requiring specialized treatment
• Provide optimum 24-hour critical care nursing with supportive measures

The facility utilizes advanced technological systems and monitoring equipment to deliver high-quality critical care services. Each patient room is fully equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment including electric therapeutic beds, emergency call systems, and cardiac monitoring capabilities to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
