We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead one of our stores by building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and creating an environment where teammates and customers thrive.

As the Store Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the store's financial performance, customer satisfaction, food safety, and teammate engagement. This role requires a strategic leader who is passionate about people, committed to operational excellence, and focused on delivering outstanding results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of store operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and customer-focused environment.
• Develop, coach, and retain a high-performing leadership team and store teammates.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence through effective execution of company initiatives.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including sales, labor, shrink, inventory, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure exceptional execution in merchandising, pricing, in-stock conditions, and promotional programs.
• Manage labor budgets and scheduling to support customer service while achieving financial objectives.
• Partner with zone leadership to implement strategic initiatives and achieve company goals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent retail leadership experience.
• Progressive retail management experience, including multi-department grocery leadership preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading large teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to develop talent and build high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
