Senior Civil / Structural Engineer (PE)Design Critical Infrastructure That Gets Built

Schedule: Onsite | Monday-Friday

Compensation: $125,000 - $175,000+ DOE

Are you a licensed Professional Engineer who wants to work on projects that move beyond traditional building design?

We're partnering with an established engineering organization seeking a Civil / Structural Engineer to support the design and engineering of large-scale infrastructure and industrial systems serving water, energy, fire protection, municipal, and industrial markets.

This is an opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving complex structural challenges, performing engineering calculations, working directly with project stakeholders, and seeing projects through design, fabrication, construction, and installation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform structural analysis and engineering calculations

• Design steel and concrete structural systems

• Support foundation design and detailing

• Review specifications, plans, and engineering documents

• Research applicable building codes and jurisdictional requirements

• Coordinate with drafting, project management, manufacturing, and field teams

• Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle

• Review and develop stamped engineering calculations and drawings

• Support infrastructure projects from concept through construction

Projects May Include

• Industrial structures

• Steel infrastructure

• Foundation systems

• Platforms, walkways, and access structures

• Storage and processing facilities

• Water and wastewater infrastructure

• Energy and petroleum-related facilities

• Heavy industrial projects

What We're Looking ForRequired

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) License

• 5+ years of Structural Engineering experience

• Structural analysis and engineering calculations experience

• Steel design experience

• Concrete and foundation design experience

• Strong understanding of applicable building codes and engineering standards

Preferred

• Industrial structural engineering experience

• Water/wastewater infrastructure experience

• Manufacturing or heavy industrial project experience

• Storage tank, bulk storage, or similar infrastructure experience

• STAAD, RAM, ETABS, SAP2000, RISA, Enercalc, or similar software experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
