Delivery Lead – AI Solutions Location : Detroit, MI Delivery Lead – AI Solutions to manage the successful execution and delivery of AI-driven projects and programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, project management expertise, and the ability to coordinate diverse teams to deliver innovative and impactful solutions. As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and driving the adoption of AI solutions that meet business objectives. Candidate Experience : Must have worked in the Automotive/Manufacturing domain. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Management Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from planning and development to deployment and post-implementation support. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while meeting quality standards. Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to define project goals, requirements, and success metrics. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. Team Leadership Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and analysts. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities. Risk & Issue Management Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies in projects, and develop effective mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum. Process Optimization Establish and maintain best practices in AI project delivery, including Agile methodologies and DevOps pipelines. Continuously improve delivery frameworks to enhance efficiency and outcomes. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track and evaluate project performance against defined KPIs and success metrics. Prepare and deliver detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams. Quality Assurance Ensure all deliverables meet technical, functional, and business requirements. Conduct post-delivery evaluations to gather feedback, identify lessons learned, and improve future projects. Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus. Experience : 7+ years of experience in project or delivery management, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML or data-driven solutions. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI/ML projects in a client facing or enterprise environment. Skills & Expertise : AI/ML Knowledge Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and lifecycle stages, including data preparation, model development, and deployment. Understanding of AI applications such as predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and automation. Project Management Expertise Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall). Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar. Business Acumen Ability to align AI solution delivery with business objectives and client needs. Expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple projects. Leadership & Communication Exceptional leadership and team management skills to drive accountability and performance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and relationship management. Technical Understanding Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices for AI/ML deployment. Experience with big data technologies and AI tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe) or Agile methodologies.
