Job Description

The Locker Room Attendant plays a key role in creating a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for guests. This position focuses on maintaining facility cleanliness, interacting with guests in a courteous and professional manner, responding to their needs, and ensuring that cleanliness standards are consistently met. The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to resolve issues calmly, and comfort with routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the locker room and surrounding areas, including regular sweeping, mopping, and dusting.

• Monitor the facility to ensure that all areas are tidy, organized, and presentable for guests at all times.

• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding promptly to questions, requests, and concerns.

• Attend to guests’ needs, including providing assistance and information to help them have a positive experience in the facility.

• Handle upset or dissatisfied guests calmly and professionally, using problem-solving skills to address issues and find appropriate solutions.

• Follow established cleanliness and housekeeping standards and procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report issues, share updates, and coordinate tasks.

• Adapt to rotating and variable hours and days, including weekends and holidays, to ensure continuous coverage and service.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Angeles, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
