Gastroenterology Opportunity in Waterloo/Cedar Falls, Iowa

Join a flourishing practice that is in high demand, offering immediate patient engagement and significant growth opportunities. We are looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to become part of our established team in Northeast Iowa.

Practice Highlights

• Established practice with immediate patient influx
• Comprehensive gastrointestinal services, including EUS and ERCP
• Fully equipped GI Endoscopy Suite dedicated to patient care
• Potential for over 150 endoscopies each month
• Shared on-call schedule of 1:4
• Collaborative environment with a strong support network from surgical, hospitalist, and primary care teams

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary of $700,000 for the first two years, plus production bonuses
• Potential earnings exceeding $900,000 based on productivity
• Sign-on bonus of $150,000
• Relocation assistance of $15,000
• Employer-covered malpractice insurance with tail coverage included

• Two retirement plans available:
  • 403(b) plan with employer matching
  • 457(b) deferred compensation plan
