Controller

Leading the Corporate Accounting function, the full-time remote Controller will manage financial reporting, oversee the monthly close process, ensure compliance with GAAP, and drive operational excellence within the accounting team. Key responsibilities Oversee the general ledger and ensure accurate financial transactions and reconciliations Lead and develop the Corporate Accounting Team while establishing departmental goals and performance metrics Ensure compliance with GAAP and coordinate annual external audits Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience 7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities Strong understanding of GAAP and experience with financial reporting and month-end close processes Demonstrated leadership experience in managing high-performing teams Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
