- Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, psychology or a related field is required. \n
- Licensure: Candidates must hold a current state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or have a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD). \n
- Ability to work independently without requiring supervision is essential. \n
While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in teletherapy, community mental health settings or those who display a strong familiarity with solution-focused therapy approaches will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with electronic health record systems can enhance ease of use of our platform.
Compensation and Benefits\nThe annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, based on qualifications and experience.
