Credence Innovations Group is hiring a Brand Communications Manager in Greenwood and Indianapolis to oversee the brand representation and communications strategy for our clients' live promotional campaigns throughout the region. This is a leadership role for someone who understands brand messaging, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to manage a team and own results from day one.

What You Will Do

• Oversee the brand representation and communications strategy for Credence Innovations clients at live promotional events and retail activations throughout Indianapolis
• Lead and develop a team of Marketing Communications Assistants and Promotional Representatives — ensuring consistent on-brand messaging at every consumer touchpoint
• Develop and refine client brand communication strategies based on real-time consumer feedback and campaign performance data
• Build and maintain strong client relationships — serving as the primary brand communications point of contact for assigned accounts
• Monitor brand consistency across all live event activations and correct any messaging inconsistencies immediately
• Track brand performance metrics, consumer engagement data, and campaign results — presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client brand positioning and grow account value over time
• Drive a high-performance brand-focused team culture at every event and activation

What We Are Looking For

• A strategic thinker with strong brand communications instincts and exceptional verbal communication skills
• Natural leader comfortable managing a team and owning brand results in a fast-paced field environment
• Degree or current enrollment in Brand Management, Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field — preferred not required
• Prior experience in brand management, marketing communications, or team leadership — preferred not required
• Detail-oriented and analytically minded — you use data to drive brand strategy decisions
• Comfortable working in a dynamic in-person field environment at live events throughout Indianapolis
• Reliable transportation for daily travel to event locations across Indianapolis
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• $900–$1,500 per week based on performance and experience, paid every week
