Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter

Description The Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter is a key member of the HR team and is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This role manages full-cycle recruitment for clinical, provider, and non-clinical positions; provides support in administering compensation, benefits, and leave programs; ensures organizational policy compliance; and fosters a positive and productive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional HR service to employees and leaders across the organization. Requirements Associate degree in healthcare administration, human resources, clinical studies, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, human resources, clinical studies, or a related field. At least one year of HR or recruitment experience in a healthcare setting. Familiarity with medical terminology and understanding of healthcare regulations.
