Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care in a Med/Surg setting, with occasional responsibilities in Acute Rehab. You will work with a diverse patient population, implementing treatment plans and helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' physical condition.
• Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the treatment process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Preferred experience level; new graduates with relevant clinical affiliation will be considered.
