OG Dental is currently seeking an Experienced Dental Assistant for a Full-Time position- 4 day work week if desired

Look no further! We are a private dental office that continues to grow in Denver! We believe in team satisfaction, culture, and growth for our team professionally and personally. We are goal oriented and love working as a team to achieve these goals!

About us:

Our office is located in the trendy Lo-Hi neighborhood of Denver!
Our office was built in 2019. We have new equipment and the latest technology!
Our patients love us, but not as much as we love them! Check out our google reviews if you don't believe us!
We strive day in and out to provide the best care possible for our patients and to create a unique experience and culture for both our team and patients!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures- General, Endo, Oral Surgery, Implants, Invisalign, Botox, and the list continues!
Take dental x-rays
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
Maintain accurate patient records
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
Perform basic laboratory tasks, such as mixing materials for impressions and restorations- mostly 3D scanners now
Work as a team to give patients a 5 star customer experience
Be reliable, friendly, and open to learning

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Dental Assistant
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
Understanding of health and safety regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Certification or diploma from an accredited dental assistant program
X-ray certification is a plus
Familiarity with dental software programs- Open Dental
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
