Canvass Manager Responsibilities Source, hire, and onboard a group of dedicated canvassers, creating a team culture focused on performance and professionalism Start with one team and scale up, with opportunities to launch canvassing teams in major cities across Florida’s East Coast from Miami to Daytona. Equip your team with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed through hands‑on training, continuous coaching, and skill development. Go door‑to‑door to introduce Florida Window and Door’s offers to potential customers. Get information, such as contact details, from homeowners for an appointment to be set. Manage day‑to‑day operations while motivating your team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Develop and refine canvassing strategies while tracking key performance metrics to optimize productivity and lead generation. Keeping up fleet maintenance Requirements Proven experience in managing canvassing or field marketing. Strong leadership skills and ability to train and develop team members into top performers.
