SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our Fulfillment Human Resources Team in Columbus, OH on-site. The role reports to the HR Manager and supports core HR functions, employee experience, onboarding, training, and engagement for site staff. You'll serve as the on-site HR presence, coach supervisors on policies, handle routine employee relations, maintain confidentiality, and escalate complex matters to HR leadership.
