Job Description

Gillman Honda San Benito is looking for an energetic, creative, and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team.

We are looking for someone who understands social media, enjoys creating content, and can help bring our dealership’s brand, inventory, team, and culture to life online. This position is a great fit for someone who is organized, outgoing, dependable, and comfortable creating posts, filming short videos, taking photos, and staying on top of current trends.

Position Details:

Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Gillman Honda San Benito
Pay: $3,000 per month
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Weekends: Off every other week

Responsibilities include:

Creating and posting social media content for the dealership
Taking photos and videos of vehicles, staff, customers, and dealership events
Creating reels, short-form videos, stories, and promotional posts
Helping promote inventory, specials, and dealership culture
Staying current with social media trends and creative ideas
Working with management to build consistent and engaging content
Representing Gillman Honda San Benito in a positive and professional way

Qualifications:

Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Comfortable filming, taking photos, and creating content
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable, energetic, and willing to be part of a team environment
Automotive experience is a plus but not required
