Gillmann Services is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator for construction and fabrication projects. Candidates will perform welding and metal fabrication work while following blueprints, specifications, and all job site safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and FCAW welding
• Fabricate and assemble metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Use hand and power tools, plasma cutters, and fabrication equipment
• Work safely on construction sites and meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Construction welding/fabrication experience
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Commitment to job site safety
