Assess, plan and implement resident care according to care plans and policies. Administer medications and treatments; monitor for adverse effects and report changes promptly. Monitor resident status, document care, vital signs and interventions accurately. Collaborate with the nursing team and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate care. Ensure resident safety, comfort and quality of life; respond promptly to needs and call lights. Requirements Active Montana license to practice as an LPN or RN (current MT LPN or RN license). Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN program. Ability to learn and retain pertinent information. Must have a current telephone number on file.
