Candidate Pay Rate: $52 - $36.4 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility programs
- Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety techniques
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Texas PTA License or eligibility to obtain
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for helping patients regain independence
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Patient education and home program instruction
- Documentation and charting
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
