Facilities Associate I — Housing Grounds & Janitorial

Bellwether Housing in Seattle seeks a Facilities Associate to join The Flourish and Rose Street Apartments, delivering essential upkeep for affordable housing residents. You will perform routine cleaning, groundskeeping, and light maintenance to ensure safe, welcoming environments, partnering with the facilities team and reporting to the Site Manager. On-site schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, with final times set by supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bellwether-Housing
