Job Responsibilities

• Corresponding to all incoming emails
• Entering sales orders
• Picking, packing, and shipping all orders
• Receiving/unloading merchandise from shipping containers
• Manage inventory stock, including but not limited to: monthly stock checks, ensuring there is no expired inventory in stock, and maintaining our stock to allow us to ship our oldest inventory first
• Prepare and ship all demo instruments
• General warehouse duties
• Support the sales team with related tasks, as required
• Travel up to 30% of the time to deliver equipment for conference set up

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift 30-50lbs
• Wants to work at a leading life science company
• Has impeccable attention to detail
• Enjoys physical work and organization
• Has 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination

Pay range and compensation package

Between $60,000 and $70,000 (base salary) with comprehensive benefits package.
