Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Infusion Pharmacist for an exciting 13-week contract opportunity near Denver, Colorado ! If you have a strong background in infusion pharmacy and enjoy working closely with oncology and ambulatory patients, this could be a great next assignment.

Assignment Details

Role: Clinical Infusion Pharmacist
Location: Denver, CO
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Setting: Outpatient / Ambulatory Infusion
Local or Travel candidates: Welcome to apply
EMR: EPIC

What You'll Do
As an Infusion Pharmacist, you'll play an important role in ensuring safe and accurate medication therapy for infusion and oncology patients. 

Responsibilities will include:
-Reviewing medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
-Dispensing and verifying hazardous and non-hazardous medications
-Supporting medication preparation for oncology and infusion patients
-Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safe, timely patient care
-Working within an outpatient/ambulatory infusion environment

Qualifications
-Active Colorado Pharmacist license in good standing
-Minimum 2 years of infusion pharmacy experience
- Oncology/chemotherapy experience is a plus
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety
-Experience with EPIC preferred
