Job Description

Step into Your Morning as a Precision Machinist

At 6:00 AM, you clock in, review the day's blueprints, and set up the CNC milling machine for a new run. You double-check critical dimensions, run the first piece, and verify it with micrometers and calipers. When something is a thousandth off, your eye catches it—and your hands fix it. By afternoon, you've produced accurate parts, documented inspections, and collaborated with a supportive team that takes pride in quality just like you do.

What You'll Do

Operate a CNC milling machine to produce precision components.
Perform in-process and final inspections as needed.
Use micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions meet company specifications.

What You Bring

Comfort reading and working from blueprints.
Hands-on skill with micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring tools.
Willingness to train temporarily on a different shift, if required.
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and pride in building high-quality parts.

Schedule & Pay

Pay Range: $20–$22+ DOE
Shift: 1st
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM
