Sales Representative | Established Territory | Uncapped Commission

Local territory serving Scranton and surrounding areas

Starting salary of $60,000 during training

Shift: Monday-Friday schedule (8AM-5PM)

What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative, you'll manage and grow an established customer territory by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping customers find solutions that drive their business forward.

• Visit customer locations throughout your territory
• Grow sales within existing accounts
• Develop new business opportunities
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional service

Compensation & Territory

• Training Pay: $60,000 annual salary
• Post-Training: Sales Reps can earn uncapped commissions
• Unlike many sales roles that only pay commissions on new deals, you'll earn commissions on customer orders throughout your territory. With established customers already placing regular weekly orders, you'll have the opportunity to build recurring income from day one.
• Territory: Scranton and surrounding areas
• Travel : Approximately 80% field-based customer visits within your assigned territory
• Vehicle Program : Mileage reimbursement and vehicle allowance provided through our CarData program.

What You'll Need

We're looking for candidates who are relationship-driven, motivated, and eager to grow in a sales career.

You may qualify through either of the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• OR 2+ years of sales, account management, customer-facing, business development, or related experience

Additionally, you must:

• Have a valid driver's license
• Have access to a reliable vehicle
• Maintain current auto insurance
• Meet company driving standards

No Sales Experience?

The Sales Representative position offers an exciting chance to fuel our company's growth. You'll oversee a broad array existing independent convenience stores customers, driving sales through our varied foodservice and convenience programs. Your role extends beyond maintaining existing customers; it involves tapping into new customers and forging strong business relationships. This role isn't just a job, but a thrilling journey of building success stories and enhancing profitability store by store, with your compensation directly reflecting these achievements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Grow sales and profit margins through execution on sales strategy and territory management, planning a sales approach customized with individual customers.
• Prospecting and onboarding of new customer accounts, including cold-calling to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Educate the customer on convenience and foodservice programs, new product promotions, marketing policies, service, delivery specifics, and industry activities.
• Review daily/weekly/monthly reports with the store manager and assist with any opportunities that may arise.
• Minimizes accounts receivable problems by monitoring accounts for compliance with credit terms and follows-up on any problems.
• Maintains awareness of pricing trends within sales territory, particularly for products, to ensure competitive pricing.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Participate in relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Candidates with limited or no prior sales experience may be considered if they have a qualifying degree.

At least two years of sales, account management, or business development experience in lieu of the degree.

Must own or have consistent access to a reliable vehicle, with a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.

Must meet company requirements for a satisfactory driving record.

Demonstrated leadership, communication, customer service, business development, internship or other relevant transferable experience is preferred.

B2B sales experience is a plus.

Experience in foodservice, wholesale, grocery or convenience retail is a plus.

Experience using CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
