Your Role

As a Telesales Agent, you'll play a key role in growing Tushop's B2B customer base by reaching out to potential customers, building relationships and creating new sales opportunities. You'll engage businesses over the phone, understand their needs, introduce them to Tushop, and work closely with the Sales team to turn promising conversations into new customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers and introduce Tushop's B2B offering.
• Speak with customers to understand their needs and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Build a good rapport with prospects and create interest in our products and services.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns clearly and confidently.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.
• Qualify potential customers and share relevant opportunities with the Sales team.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the Sales team where appropriate.
• Keep customer and call information up to date in our systems.
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads.
• Consistently work towards individual and team sales and activity targets.

The Profile We're Likely To Hire

• At least 3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone, with the confidence to engage different types of customers.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills.
• Confidence speaking with business owners, managers and other decision-makers.
• Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking to new people every day.
• Persistent and motivated, with the ability to stay focused in a target-driven environment.
• Good at building relationships and maintaining conversations with potential customers.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and other basic sales tools.
• A positive attitude and a genuine interest in sales.
