Work Environment

This position will be conducted entirely via telehealth, allowing counselors to work remotely from their own secure and private home offices. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive counseling services via telehealth to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions, focusing on adult clients experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, stress management, and life transitions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's specific goals and therapeutic needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions while ensuring client confidentiality and privacy is strictly maintained.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other members of our multidisciplinary team to offer holistic care and make referrals to other specialists when necessary.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

Preferred Experience

An interest in professional development and participation in ongoing training is also advantageous.
