Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve consistent growth and high service standards.

Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives that align with our long-term vision for the Pittsburgh office.

Recruit, train, and mentor staff members, fostering an environment where individuals feel supported in their professional journey.

Monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for operational improvement and sales success.

Strengthen our presence in the community by building meaningful relationships with local businesses and residents.

Ensure that all operations remain compliant with state regulations while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

Three or more years of experience managing high-performing sales teams within the insurance industry.

Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and growth goals.

Strong command of agency management systems and data-driven performance tracking.

Exceptional coaching and mentorship abilities to develop new talent.

Deep understanding of the local Pittsburgh insurance market and community engagement strategies.
