Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification
• Experience working with diverse student populations and implementing IEPs

• Passion for supporting students facing a variety of challenges

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and parents to create a supportive learning environment
• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction in small groups or one-on-one settings
• Track student progress and adjust instructional approaches as needed
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
• Attend meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions relating to special education
