Schedule

Shift: Nights 7 PM - 7 AM; No on-call requirements.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel RN specializing in Med-Surg Tele to join our team. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, optimizing post-surgical patient care according to surgeon preferences. You'll be part of a great team atmosphere with established order sets and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and manage care plans.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Engage in patient education and support throughout the recovery process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure in Indiana.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of Med-Surg Tele nursing experience.
• Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred but not required.
