HR Generalist

This multifaceted role offers the opportunity to partner with management on recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, and firm initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, policies, and day‑to‑day HR matters. Lead full‑cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of administrative and professional positions, from sourcing candidates through onboarding. Support compensation initiatives by assisting with job evaluations, market research, salary analysis, and annual review processes. Coordinate employee development efforts by identifying training opportunities and helping deliver learning programs for managers and staff. Advise managers on leave‑related matters while helping coordinate accommodations and return‑to‑work solutions for employees. Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a positive and seamless employee experience. Respond to employee questions, provide guidance on HR programs and policies, and connect team members with appropriate resources. Contribute to HR projects and provide cross‑functional support to ensure continuity across recruiting, onboarding, and employee services. You have at least four years of progressive human resources experience supporting managers and employees across a variety of HR functions. Experience in employee relations is required!
